Is it such a bad thing to people watch?
things seem so effotless when you dont try at all..
But Somethings are hard to fake.. we find the beauty behind those seconds of serenitiy&sumblime unconciousness..

And some of the most beautiful times happen after the most tragic downfalls.
So why do we try so hard and force beauty apon us..
When the most beautiful thing is right in front of us to begin with. And its the Times where we are not trying at all..

Can we just cherish those moments..
Take that break from reality.

The ability to flow..
In the effotless act of what follows..
.& its meaning of life.

Biting the big apple Has never tasted so sweet.

I remember telling myself theses words, while first arriving to the big apple..
You notice the energy of the city shift as seasons come and go..is this still the sweet crisp season?
Most people feel overwhelmed with the city when their become the "First Timers"..
-"I".. On the otherhand, became overwhelmed with feelings of infatuation..
and not by obsession.. Infatuation towards this new enviroment.
Something that seems so familiar to you, yet you still know nothing about. Exploring things that seem so new to you, yet you feel as if you know them so well..

Its been nearly a year.. Since taking those first few steps off the airplane..
and having those first thoughts of.. "Well, what in the world do i do now.."
-I still know nothing of this place.. I have come to realize..
I feel like this enviroment, The city with endless possibility.. even though with how small it really is..The city still thrives on it's "creating something new", "that someone else has not seen before".. So there is always something new to keep catching our interest, and sparking the imagionation. It would be almost physically impossible to accomplish all of what you really wanted to in one day, and not miss out on anything. Theres at least something in one day that we all sacrifice with out even knowing just from living in this city.. But Is this "sacrifice" that feeds us the feelings in which overwhelm our senses.. The possibilities of what we can possibly do to do in one day just keep stacking one on top of the other, before all thats left is this skyscraper for in which we all veiw and know the skyline of so well..
We have in a sense, created our own sacrifice that we feed off of each day. We have created this never Ending cycle, which continues along with everyone elses.. "first steps"
How can we all say we know something so well yet still know nothing about a lot of it.. We try to focus on the history of this city, what keeps bringing us to where we are now in time.. and with conclusion have really continue to created and rebuilt this city with endless possiblities. Within the never ending cycle that continues to grow. :)

This city really couldnt be more beautiful then it really is.. With all of its possibility no body, looks down on you for standing out or trying something new.. We all are in a way always looking for something new and different here.. Coming from a girl who is from texas, where everything is extremely color blocking.. "Fashion" is what "Fashion says".. You dont see too many people actually trying to create the "New". You can be who you are here.. And people respect you for that.. You couldnt ask for anything more beautiful then that.

Finally In The big City

^^ Our late nights we pull for you, make us seem silly

So, Everything is starting to settle down.
Ryan, Desiree, and myself all arrived late afternoon on this past saturday evening..
We wondered around the whole city, for the past few days and.. now out of the comfort of our nice hotel room..
with ryan safely on his way back to texas. :(
Desiree and myself, packed our things and lugged them all the way up four very steep flights of stairs..
Shortly after, we got our things together and made our way into the city for my very first casting, Not too shabby for only being in town for four days so far :).. Life is even sweeter then that nasty sweet tea they like to call sweet..
(Speaking of steep).. Did you know New york does not have unsweet tea?
Must be a southern thing, every form of tea you find is in the soda fountains , such as nestea and other nonsense..
OR.. Already sweetend.. Nasty honestly.. You get nothing but the bottom of the batch it taste like with those..

But on a good note, After my casting, and walking in heels all day.. Me and desiree ventured off into the part of town we just moved into.. SO CUTE by the way, its so artsy.. i would love to live here, one of the many several places we have looked at..
but in this trendy part of town, we found a very trendy tea and coffee cafe.. titled, the ATLAS. Soooo amazing. With a wide varity of herbal teas for you to choose from.. Ryan why did you go home so soon, i know you would have appreciated this, dEZ misses you by the way already... From the second the door closed to be honest..
hah, Give texas the good ol "yee-haw" for me when you land will yah?

We are still sitting here in this cafe' playing on this free wi-fi.. looks like the good ol' ATLAS will be seeing me and mrs. Dez a lot more frequently from now on..

Running Towards Change!!!

As I was working out this afternoon I was flipping through the September issue of Glamour, checking out what's hot for fall. I happened to stumbled across a quote that made me slow down, it went something like this, " the most successful women are not those who run away from change but are those who go running towards change." Just wanted to share a little inspiration for the day! Finished with my morning job am headed to a casting then off to my evening job :)
